Book Review #22 Stalking Cinderella written by Leanne Bell

Stalking Cinderella was a great book. A retelling of a classic fairytale story with a dark romance twist. I love reading the Cinderella retellings, I find it neat to see modern-day Cinderella's dreams coming true.

I personally liked the twists in some plot points, how they were a bit different than the original telling. I found that it can be read out of order as I haven't read the first two books yet and the third book still made sense. However, I partially wonder if reading the first two would have helped me picture the setting more.

I found it interesting that it had the possessive alpha male trope as well as some reverse harem. I really like the RH trope, it's becoming one of my favorites.

However, I just wished there was more story. I felt like it ended way too soon. Even though there is an impressive amount of chapters, it just seemed like it went way too fast.

It is very important to consider the content warnings. This book is definitely more geared toward 18+ readers as there is a lot of steam and some content that may be upsetting for some readers.
