Book Review #34— We're All Mad Here written by Leann Bell

Book 1 in the Vicious Wonders series

I was initially worried that I would not like this book since Alice in Wonderland isn't one of my favorite fairytales. However, I found that I could not put it down; it kept me on the edge of my seat. I liked that I could easily picture the story and the setting, and I liked that the characters were easy to relate to. I love the twist from the original fairytale I know.

I like that in this audiobook each narrator spoke for the respective characters. In all the audiobooks I've read in the past the narrator would do the voice for all characters in one POV. It made it easier to listen to and easier to picture.

I like Alice, she is funny and spunky and easily relatable.

I normally don't like steam in my books, I like more plot-focused books but I actually didn't mind this one. This book is definitely for 18+ readers as some content may not be suitable for some readers.
