Book 1 in the Obsessed Kings series
RATING; Five Stars
I liked this story. I thought it was really good. It's been a while since I have read one of Demi Ryder's books and I was really excited to be able to read this one. I liked how well the story was put together, I felt like I could understand what was happening and that the world-building was created well.
I did wish that the FMC didn't constantly clutch to the same argument. It kinda felt just like a constant argument. I kinda felt like there wasn't a lot of character development in that area, I wished there were more different arguments because it kinda felt like reading the same scene multiple times.
I did like seeing how Romeo's character slowly softens throughout the story. I love watching how the bad boy character softens the moment he starts falling for his girl.
In all I loved this book, it kept me interested and I felt like I was left on the edge of my seat. I couldn't wait to figure out what happens next. I always love a good enemies-to-lovers story, it's actually one of my most-read genres.
This book is more for 18+ readers as there may be some content that isn't suitable for some readers.
